This lovely, very comfortable villa, located on the magnificent Mogador golf course, enjoys high-quality surroundings.
Set within a secure, private 580-hectare estate, guarded 24/7, it offers direct access to the two golf courses, the beach, and the tennis courts.
There is also direct access to the clubhouse and the golf course restaurant, both located near the villa. The villa is just a 10-minute drive from the town centre, the port, the ramparts, and the medina.
The villa comprises:
A large living room with a fireplace.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer).
It includes 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate WC.
Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 with twin beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower and separate WC.
A massage room.
A laundry room.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.
A 3-hour mid-stay clean will be provided halfway through your stay.
Optional services:
Housekeeper available for meal preparation and cleaning for an additional charge of €20/day (payable locally).
Heated pool available on request for an additional charge of €15/day.
